I’m fortunately that I read some reviews before buy any web hosting. I bought web.com 6 months ago and I’m very happy about it.
They are not perfect but for my needs they are working out pretty good.

The service is really good and I don’t have any complain about it. I didn’t have a chance to use the support center because I’ve never had a problem and I’m very skillful regarding hosting features.
Sometimes some websites get a bit slower but nothing to be worried about.
I worked with dreamhost in the past and I didn’t like it. Even though I have many friends that like their service but it didn’t work for me.
I’m very happy with web.com and I will stick with them until I have money to buy my own boxes. lol

Their is price is unbeatable but the support center is not too good. I have some issues with them that made me think of leave them and look for some other company.

The best part is that to compensate me for the trouble I had with support center the manager gave me two months of hosting for free :) and I have the rights not to talk to the person who didn’t help me and treated me kind of bad.

They have a handful of features and the uptime isn’t bad either. If you don’t need to install scripts or something besides the usual web.com is good web hosting company.
