It a moderate hosting company and the customer support is great. It really helps when you can talk to a real person about any problems you may have about the hosting.

I don’t know how can you say that their customer support is good. They are very slow and their site is not user friendly.
the price is fair and the website ran smooth while it was hosted there.
Ipower might be a good option to someone that just started and need a modest hosting but if you need a powerful one I suggest the big ones such as bluehost, hostmonster or justhost.
