No complains about them up to this moment. I work with them for year and their support is amazing. They are always able to help me with some really hard issues.

For some reason their services are getting worse overtime and WordPress loading time increased a lot since version 2.3. I had the same problem with goDaddy. I have to rethink if I will stay with them after the contract expires.

The support is extremely efficient and fast. They provide help any time of the day. The price is fair and the uptime is above average in my case. No complains since I got it. :)

It has been great for me after all this years. Only once I had a problem with someone from support center but nothing that could be resolved after some emails to the manager. lol

I can’t compare Hostgator with any other service because I’ve never used any other web hosting service. I came to hostgator after a lot of recommendations and I don’t regret.

The support center is very good and I have no complain about them. Once I had a medium issue with them but everything was fixed right away.

Their variety of plans gives the users the ability to choose everything from cheap plan[Hatchling] to a professional solution [DEDICATED SERVERS].

I highly recommend them.
