The price is fair for what you get and if you search on google you can get a coupon and make a good deal. remember that, try not to max out the server with many scripts and forums running indefinitely.

It was so weird when I found out that FatCow and Dot5 are the same company. Even though I had so much trouble working with Dot5, it didn’t happen when I switched to FatCow.
I moved to Fatcow last winter and I don’t have a complain about them (Never gonna understand why two companies under the same corporation work so differently).

the name of the company is hilarious and their support center suck really bad.
The features that fatcow offers are ok but it still missing a lot of essential things and their prices are not the best asset either.

I think their name is fatcow because they don’t have much to offer. I joined their plan because of the price and I was very disappointed with their service, specially the support center.
I get to the point that I have to teach the guy what I need him to do in the server, because I didn’t have access on my end.
don’t recommend!

I agree with Richard, fatcow doesn’t have much to offer and even tough their price is low the service isn’t great.
I had some problems with customer Service along the way but in average they are ok.
Before I buy their plan I read some reviews on the internet and some people complaint about their email service. In my case it wasn’t a problem because I use aweber(best email service in the market).
If you won’t overload the servers with scripts and busy forums you should give it a try and see what happen.
